Custom book cover design
Photography-based cover design
Uses stock images as well as digital painting to create the desired concept. A typical romance book cover design can use as many as 20 different images. Based on photography manipulation, this technique is one of the most requested to date.
Illustrated cover design
Frequently used in the romance genre and its sub-genres, illustrated artwork is usually created by drawing specific scenes digitally, either in vector or raster format.
My tool of choice for creating custom artwork is an Apple iPad Pro and Procreate. For vector art I use Adobe Illustrator and a Wacom Cintique graphic tablet.
Custom author logo design
